TÜV AUSTRIA awards this year for the eleventh time its science prize for special achievements at universities, universities of applied sciences, HTLs and in companies.
September 20 – Publication of shortlist with this year’s candidates.
The submission phase for this year’s TÜV AUSTRIA Science Award has ended with a record number of 125 applications. This makes the eleventh edition of our science award even more enjoyable.

In the coming weeks, the jury will review all submitted papers and projects. On September 20, 2022, we will publish the short list with the candidates for this year’s TÜV AUSTRIA Science Award or for the TÜV AUSTRIA Audience Awards.
The TÜV AUSTRIA Science Award is endowed with a total of EUR 15,000.00.
In the main category “Universities/Universities of Applied Sciences”, the prize money for the winner is EUR 8,000.00, EUR 5,000.00 goes to the HTL winning project, and the recognition prize for companies is EUR 2,000.00.
Approved scientific papers or HTL diploma theses can be submitted in the period from 2021 to 2023. Applications are possible from now until July 31, 2023.
All applicants who submit their work by November 17 are cordially invited to this year’s festive evening!
The award ceremony for the TÜV AUSTRIA Science Award 2022 will take place on November 17, 2022, 7 pm, in the Kuppelsaal of the Vienna University of Technology.
